Too $$ for what you get. My carpet is old and dingy, there is rotten wood around the windows and very dirty outside. I asked them to clean up around the outside but they never have. I wouldn't recommend the place. It's not luxury at all like they say. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

My husband and I have been at Jefferson Point since 2005. Concerning the carpet, management has the carpet cleaned or completely changed in preparation for a new tenant. In fact, the carpet installers and Peerless Restoration Cleaners are regular visitors here. I've lived in two buildings at Jefferson Point, and I never had a issue with the carpet in either of my apartments. The reviewer also says that he/ she asked management to clean up around the outside. If the reviewer is referring to the patio and porch area, its the tenant's job to keep it clean, not management. Management does a decent job of keeping the grounds presentable: maintenance walks around every morning to pick up stray trash, the dumpster areas are maintained, and the Brickmann crew comes regularly to cut the grass, trim the bushes, and to take care of the flower beds.
