I am a current resident and have been living here for close to 2 years. When I first moved here I moved from New Jersey and so the higher rent here did not phase me as opposed to less expensive places to live. The day we moved in we were pleasantly surprised to see toiletries and dishwashing liquid, cereal and kitchen utensils and hand towels nicely laid out for us to get through the first few days of unpacking. I realized the items were all from a local dollar store, but they did not HAVE to do that. I never rented from anyone who provided such things complementary upon moving in. That was a really nice surprise after our long drive from New Jersey. We have had very few maintenance issues and when we did they were here to fix within 2 days, staff have been helpful and very professional. One shortcoming is storage/ closet space in the apartment, other than that, my appliances were new when we moved in and so was the carpet. We had some bugs during the first year, but with regular exterminator visits that was taken care of. The parking is a bit crowded but it is not a long journey to get to your unit from your car and the lot is usually well lit. We had an issue with a loud tenant who argued with his girlfriend and would result in slamming doors and banging on doors, management was informed and eventually that tenant moved, since then it has been peaceful and enjoyable. The hot tub has been on the fritz and needing repairs quite often and wasn't in use too much due to it being broken. The pool is great. Pets are allowed here and I haven't had any issue with hearing dogs barking while in my apartment. We recently had management company change and I honestly have no opinion on them currently, as I haven't needed to call regarding anything. The previous company was great and I was shocked to learn of the change and did NOT like the way they told us about it, which was by leaving flyer's at our door, I felt that was tacky, and hoped it was not a sign of things to come. However, since I have not needed to call them over any issues with my apartment I am neutral regarding them to date. Overall I would have to say I enjoy coming home here and would recommend to my closest friends, if they can afford the rent.
