Depends on what you like...

I am almost at the end of my lease and I will not be renewing it, but this place has its pros and its cons. When you read the reviews you may want to evaluate what kind of people are writing them before you make your decisions. Everyone has their own experiences but here's mine with no exagerations... The units I don't think are worth the money. I'm paying almost $800 for a 536 sq. ft one bedroom. They try to get you with the vaulted ceiling which is one half of the ceiling tilted upward. The apartment had some cheaply done quick fixes that can be a pain in the butt but every place has its problems. On a positive side the management was always very friendly and very helpful and responded to any issues I had in a timely manner. There was one time when the maintenance took a couple of days to get there but he was very apologetic about it and it never happened again. The area is relatively safe... there are quite a few policemen living in the complex and its very quite and peaceful so I suppose that could make up for the high prices of their units if that's the kind of environment you're looking for. The only reason I'm moving is because I think the units are too expensive for the quality. Oh, and the "private entry" on-site laundry facility is a nightmare (a closet with two less-than-average size washer/dryers that cost more than a public laundromat) but it will cost you an arm and a leg to have one in your unit...that's IF your unit is big enough to have one.
