i have been living here for about a year and my lease is almost over. i have to say that this place is not worth the headache. its over priced, they do nothing for the complex. they have one maintance man who tries to get everything done. the people in the office thats a hole other story the ------- and ------------ are the worst people that i have dealt with the -------------------is fabulous. the other - are lazy and do nothing. the apartments are not well kept. bark park dogs cant even use because you have to do stupid things, they dont care about noise in the apartments, drugs being dealt back and fourth, hoodlums on the complex, drugs, cars out of experation or on flats. the property needs better kept up. do not live here its not worth almost a 1000 for a one bedroom.

Everyone is welcome to use the Bark Park. All you have to do is give the office proof of your dog's vaccinations, then sign a form stating that you understand the rules of the park (no aggressive dogs, clean up your dog's feces, etc.). Then you're issued a tag as proof that the dogs were registered to use the facility. This is for the health of your dog and all dogs who use the park. There's really nothing "stupid" about protecting the well-being of the pets. If you're sure that drugs are being dealt on the property, then you should report it to the police. As far as the hoodlums are concerned, I've lived here for three years, and the only people I've seen who fit that description are non-residents who use the complex as a shortcut while walking from Oyster Point to Jefferson Avenue. I walk the complex daily. I know for a fact that if a vehicle is inoperable, then a towing sticker is placed on the vehicle. The complex makes sure that inoperable vehicles are removed.
