TERRIBLE..TERRIBLE PLACE to live. The apartment itself is actually great, I live in a 1200 sqft apartment, 2 huge bedrooms, BUT the neighborhood absolutely not safe. About 2 weeks ago a boy got shot by the security that patrols Mariners Landing. Mariners landing has a small park but it is over runned by teenagers who are trouble makers and it is definitely not safe to let your kids play at the park without supervision. My sink started to leak so when maintenance came to fix it they literally threw everything out from under the sink and didnt even put it back when they were done! IM sick of living here and as soon as my lease is up, im am out! I might not even wait til my lease is up, thas how bad it is!
