It was late last year when dozens of residents lost their homes in a flood That could of been prevented by maintenance. It was a long time coming since the previous hurricane(isabel)flooded the area and all they did to the homes that were flooded the first time was cut the bottom half of the wall and clean them with a solution. I read that there was mold around the apartments, thats because all the bottom floor apartments were flooded and sat there without assistance For days. I seen fellow neighbors walk into their homes after we were allowed to return and see their most prized possessions mold and flea infested clothes, furniture, walls, beds. It was heartbreaking. They had the nerve to tell those residents we cant help u because renters insurance doesn't cover NATURAL DISASTER but can move you to another apartment. Thats the truth, the second time i was on the second floor but did they learn their lesson the second time''' No, they let it flood and it was worse then ever, it rose to the second floor. They condemed the bulidings and signed us off of our lease. Then when they noticed that we lived on the second floor they tried to force us to stay and totally denied signing our papers which we didn't have a copy of because they jus made everyone sign and leave. I hate that place and hope the manager gets the worst of karma coming back to her, she has no heart and so doesn't S.L.NUSBAUM.

yes just recent the city installed a pump in back of the buildings terry bradley is the manager this chrismas past she had put people out on the street. the place has roaches, crime, ect,. miss bradley would post the rent late notices on the front doors so all can see how much you owe in late rent.she also would treat the tenants nasty to the point that they would get upset and start yelling and swearing and then then miss bradley would call the man on you( police). lol then give you a 48 hour notice to vacant. one of her office staff said that they dont give a damn about the tenants just give me my move in bonus

In response to the review from 1/31... I don't know about the second-story flood thing, but Mariner's Landing *did* flood during Tropical Storm Ernesto in August (or was it September by then?) 2006. I lived on Crescent Way (in the back corner, past the playground) and we had a foot and a half of water in our apartment. Impassable streets? I'm 5'10", and the water in the street was up to my waist when we were evacuated. It took less than two hours for the water to rise from just barely flooding the parking lot to being inches deep inside.

how is that possible. none of the houses flooded and they are all on the level and land as your apartment complexes.

the storm and sewer drains couldnt keep up with the heavy rain that the storms had produce so the apartments in the back area of the complex flooded ,the ground floor units where flooded not the 2nd floor, mariners storm and sewer lines are also connected to the street sewer lines outside of the complex on tilerson drive so all that storm water made mariners landing into mariners boating and sea plane landing, lol

funny, people are so quick to write about things they know nothing about. Third grade spelling would explain there thought process.. that property flooded because the CITY line was not maintained, it could not handle that amount of water being poured down on them. If you live anywhere close to that area you know all about this. everytime it rains tillerson always floods! AND BY THE WAY TERRI WAS NOT THE MOST POLITE PERSON IN THE WORLD BUT IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR RENT YOUR ASS DESERVES TO BE ON THE STREET CHRISTMAS OR NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
