When I moved in almost a year ago, the ladies in the office ASSURED me that the cops had not been called as much as a friend had told me. I had been told that the cops had been called about 40 times in January alone, and that there'd been countless break-ins, and vandalisms.
They got me with the no-app fee, $99 security deposit fee, and the spacious apartment. I live in the 2-bedroom 1200 sq ft ones.
Well, they showed me an upstairs apartment and I got a wholly different one. This apartment that I got was on the corner of the building, on the bottom which I asked for a second floor apt, and many things were wrong with it.
The ladies would not move from the office to come check the apartment with me, so I had to write down what was wrong with it. The guy in the building across from me would blare his music so loudly in his car outside that it would shake my cups in my cupboards. I've had to call the cops about 10 times since I've lived here, because calling the office does nothing.
Kids will bang on my windows and door at night for fun then run off, I've sat outside and seen a kid throwing bricks at other kids in the parking lot near cars, and there was once a kid crying outside my door because the same kid was ganging up on him with 4 others.
The lady above me weighs about ten hundred pounds and wont stop walking around and the floor boards creak endlessly during the day (I work at night so I rest during the day), cars blare their music and squeal tires going way too fast around corners. There was even a car with a flat tire that sat outside my apartment for three weeks, I called the ladies in the office to tell them and eventually they made ME call the towing company because and this is in THEIR words: "They get too busy."

I was given attitude because I suggested assigned parking because it's hard to find parking on weekends, and people will park so close to your car its hard to get in and out of it.
Also, when me and my roommate got into a physical fight they almost did not let him off the lease!! And when the manager was ready to see me she asked the assistant what it was about and the assistant shouted out to a crowed office that we had gotten into a fight and "he beat her up and wants out now". I felt very angry at that and it was the only reason he got taken off the lease, because of the leak of personal information!!!!!!
Also, they say the windows are brand new and are not! I can feel the cold!
And again when the dump trucks come it is VERRYYY noisy and you can feel your apartment shake if you're RIGHT by the dumpster like me. Another thing, the mowers take FOREVER to get done (about 2-3 hours) and they come OFTEN.
I would NOT recommend this apartment place if you have kids or if you're by yourself, or just plain out if you're human... If you're a dumbass then this place is perfect for you.

OH! And the "laundry facilities"' NONE OF THEM HAVE DRYERS AND THE WASHERS ARE $1.50!!!!!

DONT LIVE THERE!!!!!!! If you want to live where cops are at everyday and where people use drugs freely out in the parking lot then this is the place to live. The office staff lies about what kind of place it is, and once you move in they are UNFRIENDLY!!!!
