Pinedale Manor Apartments

This is sad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1998 1 response   I don't live at this property but I have rented for the last 20 years of my life, and I must say that the 3 reviews I've read have to be from CHILDREN. I am old school and Pinedale was Presidential prior to becoming Pinedale, and you have not seen change unless you knew Presidential. I give the utmost respect to the management company that is managing Pinedale now because they have cleaned that place up 360 degrees. You are not moving into a brand new apartment, it is old. You are going to have pest here and there, as long as the company does routine extermination they are doing their jobs, no extermination guarntees that there will be no more bugs. Mice---understand everyone have them, my girlfriend pays over $1000 in rent a month and has had the occasional mouse. They are everywhere. Your in an apartment you are going to hear your neighbors at times again this place is old they don't make them like they use too, then again it's apartment not a house, what do you actually expect the staff to do, tell your neighbor to stop living' You also need to understand that is a huge property If I'm thinking correct the are located on two full streets, that is alot of ground to cover and again the place is old you are not the only one calling with problems. i think the place is nice, and if you as a comunity work together to keep the trash out instead of being so scared the place would be better too. You can leave everything up to the owners and their staff remember they are only their for 8 hours a day and can't take care of everything in those 8 hours. Alittle patience and understanding on your parts and maybe you matters will be taken care of better.
