Pinedale Manor Apartments

Hated it!!! unsanitary!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I am sorry to say that we ever had to live a Pinedale Manor...it is a horrible place to live. The only reason why we were there is because the rent was low and at the time I was going to school so we needed the cheap rent. But we battled roaches the entire time we lived there...it was crazy, totally disgusting and unsanitary. Maintenance was a joke...I would have to call two and three times just for a single work request. It took them 3 months to respond to fixing a problem with our A/C. The neighborhood is run by "kids" whose parents do not look after them. The kids destroy property and have no respect for adults. While we lived there one of our cars was broken into...which leads to another issue...PARKING!! The apartment complex only allows for one vehicle...so our second vehicle we had to park on the street. I would write a novel if I really went into the many issues we had while staying at Pinedale Manor...so I will just sum it up now by saying STAY AWAY!!!! I am SOOOO glad to be out of there, we now live in a much better complex...one that I am proud to go home to.
