I lived only a year at River Mews, but had many problems. My aircondition went out one day, so I called maintence. He told me I would have to wait until the next day to have it looked at, not fixed, just looked at. It was the middle of summer and I had a one year old. After almost an hour of arguing he finally agreed to come and take a look. He put freon in it and told me he would be back tomorrow. Needless to say , my air worked for an hour or two and went out again. The next day the had to end up replacing the entire unit. Then five days later that unit went out. They came out did something to it and it worked, for another three or four days. Finially they did something right because it start running correctly. In the summer the townhomes become infested with ants and pest control will only come by on a certian day of the week. It usually takes three of four times of them comming before the ants go away. I called several times to have someone come and look at my floorboards upstairs and no one ever showed up. The quality of the new tenants went down considerably. Needless to say it is not the best place for a family that likes its peace and quiet.
