I applied at the apartment expecting results within 2 days. I called the manager 2 days later to ask and was told she would call back within an hour. She never called so Saturday I called again and was told she was off and would work on it Monday knowing she had my deposit and was preventing my further looking. The deposit can only be returned within 3 days. I find the management team very unprofessional and lackadaisical in their concern for renters.
