The price is good for the amount of space you get. The 2bdrm townhouse is very spacious. I never had a problem with maintenance responding when anything went wrong with the apartment. I guess I got lucky because I only needed them two or three times. But my main complaint was the noise. There must be no insulation between walls at all, because you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on next to you and below you. We were in a townhouse thats on the 2nd floor so we had noise coming from both sides and down under. Tv's, regular conversations, phones ringing, everything. And the people they put in there aren't considerate at all. One of our neighbors was always so loud it would vibrate pictures on the wall and the windows. We called the cops on them and called the office numerous times, but nothing was ever done about it. They would be completely drunk right outside our door, they even spilled mixed drinks on our front wood porch/deck and it was slimy and slippery and the office/maintenance wouldnt do anything about it. Theres only one nice person in the office. The rest of them are VERY rude and don't care about anything you have to say. Ants in the summer are a huge problem. And you have to drive your trash to a compactor because theres only one on the whole property, and it seems like people cant use it properly because theres always piles and piles of garbage outside of it, when it clearly states there will be a $25 fee for each bag left outside the compactor. I guess that never happens otherwise it wouldnt still pile up like that. They have all these rules but none of them get enforced. Also, the pool is hardly ever open. Its only supposed to be closed one day a week, but that doesnt happen. They seem to do a lot of parking lot 'improvements' also because there were numerous times that you come home to find a notice on your door saying theyd be working the next day and that if you werent out of your spot by 8am youd be towed at your expense and itd be 2 or more days that you had to try to find somewhere else to park, it'd all be taped off with crime scene tape. they do alot of unnecessary improvements but dont worry about the things that do need to be taken care of. Everything would be bearable though if the noise wasnt such a problem. Having a small child we had to go ourselves to the neighbors late at night and ask them to quiten down because they'd wake him up and the office wouldnt do anything about it. If you have kids and enjoy being able to hear what goes on in your apartment and only yours... dont move here. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
