First of all I would like to think that I felt welcome here at river mews but once I signed they lease it was like 180 degree turn around. They were rude and and very disrespectfull. They had no urgence to any maintenace issues. I had to live with holes in my walls and carpet without padding when my hot water heater busted. It took maintenance almost 4 hours to get to my apartment when called. they say 24 hours maintenance but it is more like at my there own time. If you can help it dont live here ever ever. I would wish this on my worst enemy.

Wow! This is HORRIBLE !! This is terrible. I can't believe it took 4 hours ! Oh my gosh!! I would have never survived. I would have expected them to be there in like 2 minutes I mean this is tragic! I can imagine you felt like the world was caving in around you. Are you still having nightmares? I used to live there and let me tell you, I own a house now and calling contractors is even worse. You think 4 hours is bad?? WAIT TILL YOU OWN YOUR OWN HOME ! ha ha .............

I have to agree with you. River Mews is awful. Yeah you get alot of space for the price, but the rude office staff and the problems with the maintenance, it really isn't worth it. I was lucky enough to never have a huge problem that needed maintenance, but the apartments sucked. The noise was awful, we could hear every word our neighbors said. I own a house now as well, and I disagree with the previous response. Its alot better. If you get a decent contractor, its not a problem. AVOID RIVER MEWS AT ALL COSTS!

adding a thought to my previous responses. Units are quiet and I cannot hear my neighbors, either or below. Only complaint was from my downstairs neighbor who said I was too noisy. I should not have been nailing boards at 3:00 in the morning.
