Since we moved here in January, we have had AC and heat problems... Right now its sitting over 80 degress in the house and it stays like that all day and all night! They say there is nothing wrong but i have had a proffesional look at it and they say there old units that need to be replaced. But they will not do anything about it. I have had bug problems, and i keep my house clean and still have problems, they have come to spray 2 since i have been here and we still have bugs. Safty around here is not good, some of the residents speed through here so its not safe for kids to play. Always have break in, i have a family memeber that is on the NNPD and he keeps me filled in.. The people that work here are rude, and they really dont care about your problems they just care about getting your money. I cant wait to leave here in a month! I wouldnt recomened this place at all. I would recomened the apartments at lee hall, which are chelsea at lee hall, they may be exspenive but good service and great apartments...

I so agree with you on your review the people at the rental office were all nice BEFORE I signed my lease then its completely a 360 I had my 1200 dollar ring stolen by one of the maintenance men and they called me a liar to my face good thing youre leaving in January Ill be here until april...UNFORTUNATELY
