Don't do it, don't do it, I been in this place for less than a year and between the mole problem, bugs and everything breaking constantly... why would you want to do this to yourself. Everything that I owned have a faint odor from the mole. And I had to throw some of my things out because there was mole growing on it. I know you don't know me but trust me you don't want to do it.
