There have been several murders within this complex, all within a short time. The cops visit the complex often. Even a cop lives within the complex, but that means nothing to the hoodlums who live there. I have witnessed them talk back and go after said cop on many occasions when he tried to break up any gang activity or big unruly crowds.
Sad part is nearly every branch of the military, except the Navy has this complex on their "Ban" list. So the only people there unwilling, are the Navy men and their families. This is a very unsafe complex, STAY AWAY!
