i moved in a rush which alot of people do , that was my worst mistake...
the carpet was new..thats the only thing good
gun shoots everynite 4 a years police were always there but they were juat as bad looking for people and i even say a police officer pass marijuana to a tenant for outing someone. I tried to break my contract and they wouldnt even let me pay a termination fee ....toliet was always broken water and a/c always broke
they require renters insurnace and decal parking..hahaha..U NEED IT LIVING THERE!!!!!They try 2 clean up outside and keep the bushes cut, probably because there trying to trick you into moving in, the model / rent office looksnothing like what you will be moving into.. Everything has been painted white..I mean the vents doors windo seals. Theres not electrical socket in the bathroom you have to run an extension cord from the bedrooom or living room. The hallways are always dirty for other nasty people in the building .laundry room is small and 1 unit for tons of people very dirty and unkept usually broken!!!Everyone but the manager is nice, shes nasty and rude when peoblems arrise. trying to cover her own butt she says, and i quote" the contractors do the work maintaince doesnt youll have to wait until they come around again"I had to move my things into storage and pay rent until my lease was up which I felt was very unfair I have a small child and witnessed a armed robbery while bringing my groceries into the house ....do you not see a reason fro them to let me out of my lease''!!All I can say is if you can hold out or can find somewere else please do, this apt build thats not safe for families ...NO...not safe for anyone unless you are a drug dealer!!!!
