The units Spring House offers are small compared to those of similarly priced complexes, but I definitly enjoyed living there. Overall the community seemed composed of young professionals and some military. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool was a great place to sunbathe and meet friends. I loved the location of the complex (right beside shopping and restaurants, but still tucked in the woods, seemingly away from the city). I would definitly recommend living there if you can handle the rent. It's beautiful and fun.
