I have been here for 6 months and am not pleased with the location or the company that runs them. The flat out lied to me during the initial setup and all way through the lease signing. Number one it takes an average of 3 to days per repair issue. The dish washer needs replaced and has actaully flooded the place once already. The place was filthy when I moved in. I was told I could have directv during the entire ask questions phase of moving in. Once i moved in they told me i could have satelite as long as no holes are drilled and that i did not use the exsisting coaxial cable in the unit. This area is in the middle of a Verizon Fios deployment and wil probally be skipped over entirely. The cable company is really inadequeate. The grouns are always damp with water standing all over teh place and more than once the water in the parking lot has been more than 2 feet deep. If you get home after 7pm in the evening be prepared to walk a mile. They also tell you that the water and trash are included in the rent but what they dont tell u is they add these on top of the disclosed rent agreement. I asked more than once during the lease signing if that what was going to happen and was advised no that the water is included. Overall I would look elsewhere for a rental property. If you do decide to rent from them ask anything you can think of up front and alway assume the worst case with them.
