Nice apartment, kind of pricey

I've lived here for close to 1 year, and I have no major complaints about the apartment. We did have problems with our AC last summer, but it was fixed within a day or so. All of our maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally. The appliances are older, but they still work. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great, and they recently converted one of the old tennis courts to a "Bark Park" so that residents with dogs can let them run around and play with other dogs without being leashed. I do agree with other commenters that the office staff was very friendly when you're signing...but not so much once you're a resident. Also, they do not directly tell you that you will be paying for water, sewer and trash when you sign the lease. Parking is OK - it depends on when you get home at night. The parking lots did flood last summer during a couple of the big rain storms - but EVERYTHING flooded - not just Springhouse. Overall, this has been a nice place to live until we buy a house.
