If you read all the other negative reviews about this apartment complex, let me assure you that they are telling the truth. I have been so unhappy living here, and it has only been 6 months. A great deal of reviewers have posted that the office staff kisses butt to get you signed, and then after you are officially a tenant, it's completely different. This is true. Now, this doesn't mean they are awful, but they are completely FAKE and their real personalities show when you are stuck with a lease.

I personally like the maintenance staff. They were always nice and speedy whenever I had an issue. However they did leave my carpet a complete mess when they switched out my inoperable washer/dryer.

Like other reviews have posted, the appliances are super old - however they are currently in the process of replacing all the old appliances with stainless steel fridges and the like (the apt below me has the whole kitchen with new appliances). Our dishwasher flooded the first week. Our washer broke the first month. We found RAT DROPPINGS all over the apartment. We no longer find droppings, but we hear them in the ceiling chewing once in awhile. Our light above our stairs is never continuously lit. We have complained about it, and they seemed to have fixed it, but after awhile, it stops working again.

Parking...not really an issue on our side of the grounds. But if you get home late, you'll have to get your walking shoes on.

Flooding...a lot of times when it rains the grass and sidewalks are flooded.

Dog policy...they do not enforce it! They say if you see someone not clean up after their pet, let them know because they want a clean complex. No one cleans up after their dogs! It smells like $h1t everywhere, and there is poop all over the place. DO NOT WALK IN THE GRASS. Guaranteed you'll step in doo doo.

Our neighbors are awful. They play loud music thru the night. And when we complained, I am guessing they told our neighbors that WE were the ones who notified the office - very unprofessional of them. Now our neighbors scowl at us, and I overheard them talking rudely about us.

The conclusion is, the office staff's main priority is themselves. When you complain about something, if you go to the office personally, they pretend they are taking notes about the issue to repair. The reality is, they just want to get you out of their face, and you are likely to have to make another visit to get things done.

There are no MAJOR things wrong, but all the little things add up.

Oh yea. AND THIS APT IS NEAR THE TRAIN TRACKS. THE BUILDING SHAKES, AND YOU HEAR TRAINS GO BY AT 1-2 AM. They don't tell you about this.

Don't rent here. Take your time looking for better apartment.
