I moved in last april and within two weeks had reservations about the place. The local Newport News number is NEVER answered by a live person, even during their posted hours of operation. Within two weeks the fridge was not working, they sent maintenance and they said it just needed changed settings. Then, about one month before I was leaving I found a mouse in the apartment. It is a wooded area and it was a field mouse, so initially, it was not a big deal. However, when I called maintenance they sent a nice gentlemen in who put down traps but they never called their pest control. After I left they sent me my damage bill. One problem, the fill was printed the evening of April 5th, it was due in full by April 7th and the letter did not get post marked until the EIGHTH! Nothing like having a bill go to collections for remittance before you get it in the mail. If you want run-around, this is the place to live...if you want better customer service, find another apartment. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
