I lived at spring house last year and paid the 1,100 to brake my lease early... seriously it was that bad. The Office staff was no help when the apartment needed repairs and did abosultely nothing when I got robbed in their parking lot at five in the morning! They say cops live there for your protection but they all work the night shift so they are not really any help at all!! When my car was broken into the office acted like it was my fault and they didn't even know about it till I went to complain the next day (this is because no one in the office never answers the phone.) Beware of this place, in the six months that I lived there I saw several cars broken into, if you are a lady I highly caution you against this place! I never felt safe leaving my apartment after dark and the --- guy in the office could care less about your safty, trust me! Not to mention the bath tub was falling apart and the washer never worked right. Grafton Station is better bet, not perfect but much safer.
