Parking:
It can really go either way. Sometimes I had to park 2 blocks away at night in the rain, but other times I pulled right up. Its a great parking situation if you are having friends over because they dont have to search for a visitors spot. I just wish they had assigned parking so you dont have to hike all over the place in the rain.

Noise:
I had loud neighbors and that can happen anywhere you live. He was a young guy and had parties all the time. I guess if you got lucky and had quiet neighbors it would have been great. You can also hear them right outside your window at night (when its closed). The train comes by at least once a day, but thats nothing to really bother you.

Grounds:
It is true... There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! The dog park is a nasty place and I would never take my dog there again! The sidewalks flood really bad with any tiny amount of rain. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but if you are walking in heels home from work and step in a huge puddle it sucks! The other option is to walk in the grass with all the soggy dog crap.

Safety:
I work during the day and I can't get up any earlier than I already do, so I run at night. I don't feel like a treadmill does the same as the old fashioned foot on the pavement. I am not one of those idiots that runs at night with an ipod either. I did not feel safe. Its kinda scarey actually. I only did that once.

Construction:
Everything was fine except sound insulation. My neighbor behind us was party boy who woke me up to techno at 5 every morning. My neighbor above us either had an elephant or the insulation just SUCKED!

Maintenance:
They never came and fixed the light that burned out outside my apt. By that time I knew I was moving out so I just stopped bothering. If any damage is done to your apt they will charge you an insane amount of money! My dog chewed a pen on the carpet and we got it 90% of the way out. It cost us 600 bucks moving out!

Staff:
There are two wonderful people and one horrible little girl. Greg and the black lady that work there are so wonderful. I really really liked them! There was a young white girl and she is a real pain in the ass. She doesn't help and just ignores you. She copped an attitude with me and was a total ----- from the second I walked in the door. If she is there... just leave and come back when someone else is there. She can't help you anyway. It sucks that she brings down the staff rating of the whole facility. It only takes one bad apple...

Overall:
Thank God I moved. For that much money you can do SOOOO much better. Get an apartment guide book or rent a house. Do not move here.
