parking is all about timing if you get there during working hours then you may find a spot by your apartment after that especially at night you may have to park a few buildings away. I am very lucky to have quiet neighbors I only have one throw a party once that was crazy loud and I only had to ask him once to turn down the music there is a train but I dont stay close enought to it for it to bother me. Because of this place I will never own a dog one of my neighbors dogs sounded like it was crying for three nights in a row the dog poop was everywhere in front of my building but they eventually put out a letter to dog owners and you can actually walk to your car without stepping in it cant say as much for the area around the pond but I dont walk over there anymore for it to bother me. There are also some owners who feel like there dogs dont belong on a leash one jumped on my son and the woman in the office only asked if my son was ok she did nothing about it and the guy still has his dog out without a leash. Someone broke my car headlight early in the morning but other than that I feel safe day and night. maintenance has entered my home without leaving a slip and rigged my window from falling shut instead of fixing it. I also have to jiggle my toilet after using it because when they fixed the broken chain they replaced it with one that was to long. the staff had the nerve to ask me to install my own filter in the apartment after I asked for one because it to my knowledge has never been changed but I was told they change it every month but if thats true then there is another proof they enter without leaving a slip. I was also told by staff that because my kids drew on the wall in there room I needed to discipline my kids by someone without kids mind you and it easily came off.
