I have Lived at St James Terrace for the past 10 years. i had only planned to stay here only a short while. What I love most about living here are the great sunsets on the private beach. The smimming pool is kept to the highest standard, and it overlooks the river bank and beach. The grounds are kept very nice, with an aray of of seasonal flowers. We have many cookouts throught the summer with most of the residents joining in. With 10 years living here I am not still not the longest staying resident that resides here.
