This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in!! There was water constantly leaking from everywhere, my apartment, the one upstairs. We had to swim through the hallway. I complained several times, but the only wanted to provide a quick, superficial fix, they never really took care of the real problem. There was a squirrel that would get into the apartment and roam around at night and while I was at work. It could even get into the cabinets, so I could only keep food in the refrigerator. I complained several times, and they kept saying they had exterminated, but the squirrel was always there. The laundry room was terrible. There was always trash and used condoms on the floor. People were always using the laundry room either to have sex or use drugs. My a/c and dishwasher never worked, and when I complained and said I didn't think it was fair that I had to pay the full rent eventhough those two amenities hadn't worked for over two months, they told me those weren't necessities, and they would get to them when they could. I hated every second of living there. Everything looked nice on the surface, but the model they show you is NOTHING like what you will be living in. I thought I was getting a good deal for the price, but the money I saved was not worth it!!! Keep looking, you really don't want to live here.
