I have lived at the Harbours for over five years. And I have never had any problems with the Office Staff and the Maintence personnel. When I have a problem they return may calls and help fix the problem as fast as they can. For instance, when the huricanne came through this past year, the apartment complex had a maintence worker staying out on the property and was available if there was a problem. I even saw the maintence personnel outside right after the huricanne cleaning the grounds and helping with the damages to the property, making sure the roads were clear so the tenants could get out of the property if they needed to. Also the maintence personnel are always courteous when they enter your apartment to fix a problem that a tenant has,saying yes sir and no sir (very polite). Then if I have a problem with anything I can also go to the office or call them and they are also very polite to me and help me as much as possible. I also would like to say that they have a on-site courteous police officer that lives out here. This police officer when not on duty will come out if you need them. If not you can always call the police and they come out fast. Never had to worry about noise around here call them and either the police or the courteous police officer helps quiet down the noise makers. (But the noise is only once in a while). So,I would highly recommend the Harbours to anyone looking for a place to live. And my hats off to all the personnel of the Harbours.





P.S. The person that put down the Harbours is only one tenant that is not happy and there is always one person that you can never make happy.
