Although it's not a terrible cookie-cutter complex, I too have found pest control to be a problem last summer and fall, but seems to be better lately. Loud neighbors are a problem, and maintenance is sometimes speedy, sometimes not. The office staff is very polite, but it seems as if what you get is not quite worth the price.
