We have lived at the Harbours for 4 yrs. & have never had customer support anywhere else like here, it is outstanding. The maintenance staff has always responded promptly to any service call that we have made. After the snow storm the staff had the parking lots plowed starting at 2am. so the parking lots would be cleared when people got up to go to work in the morning. I have read some of the other reviews about pest control & have never had any problems, maybe its the way certain people have bad house cleaning habits. Amazing how those people stay Anonymous, must not have tried to hard to fix the problems if they won't let them know who they are. We would definately recommend anyone looking for nice well upkept, safe environment to live look no further, you just found it!

I have lived in numerous apartments over the years. Some great and some not great. Not even the super great ones would have gotten up to get the parking lot cleared at 2 in the morning. I also find a review that is perfect hard to believe. Every apartment complex has a flaw.
