I have lived in the Harbours since 2003 and was 6 months pregnant when I moved in. From day one they have been nothing but terrific. They are very friendly and very helpful to all their tenants. The grounds are well kept. I was here during Hurricane Isabel and I can say that almost the very next day, maintenance was out making sure the resident areas were cleared and cleaned. Now when I look at other apartments, I compare them to the Harbours and can find none that offer such a great price, friendly service and great neighborhood. I've lived here for 5 years now and I have had only minor issues with the complex, but most of those are handled on time. I love this place and the space that the apartments have and everytime a friend comes over they fall in love with it. I've looked at other places, but nothing can offer me the space I am used to know unless I pay way more than what I pay now. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I live in the harbours as I am sure you do and I have not had a negative experience with this place. I am sorry that you obviously have, but right now, I don't have a negative opinion about the place.

I'm not really sure what apartment complex you live in. I live in the harbours and the office staff is not friendly and it takes forever to get maintenance done.
