I have been miserable at The Harbours since the day I moved in. The "show apartment" creates the facade of a nice complex. I was unable to view the actual apartment I moved into becuase it was "being cleaned" and I asked if my apartment would be the same as the show apartment (i.e. same nice carpet etc). I was assured that it would all be the same. To my dismay, when I moved in I had awful,dirty, brown carpet; squirells running in the walls and around the inside of my bath tub; problems with my air conditioning with mold and musty smell; and a stove that the burners don't lie flat on. I reported the squirrel problem and was assured that it would be addressed. The problem seemed to be resolved for a brief time (during the summer months), but as soon as the cold weather returned the squirrels were busy in my walls again. In addition, everything in my second bedroom visibly shakes when the trains go by. I wouldn't reccomend The Harbous to my worst enemy.
