I have lived in the Harbours for nearly a year now and would be willing to renew my lease. Overall, it's been a nice living experience. I have had a few maintenance problems, but nothing terribly serious. Each time, the maintenance staff have been very helpful and polite. Parking is not usually an issue unless you get back late at night at which point you might have to park somewhat further away. During thd day, however, I almost always find a close spot. The office has good/long hours and the staff, though usually a bit hurried, has met my needs. I would recommend the Harbours.
