The Harbours was the worst apartment complex experience I've ever had. They don't maintain their facilities, nor do they complete work orders or maintenance requests in a timely manner. My A/C and heat broke and it took 5 1/2 weeks to fix!!! You get the run-around all the time. If you don't follow up, it wont get done. Plus they tell you different information every time you talk to them. They are dishonest and very unprofessional. Every time I went into the office there was a new person. And if they did keep some of the same people they would lie about what their names were. I still have no idea who i talked to while i was there. Unless you get it in writing they will do whatever they feel like doing.
