We have had everything from foundation leaks to appliances breaking and i have only lived here for 6 months. It has takenalmost 2 months to get problems fixed and i still have some going on currently. The office will not respond to your calls or fix your problems. The neighborhood is nice, but that does not make up for your living conditions.

Please do not be fooled by the model. They will show you a beautiful apartment. This is a terrible representation of what you will get. Get them to show you your apartment before you sign the lease. If you do this, you would not live here.

My feelings exactly! They show you a perfectly kept apartment and have you sign the lease. Then you move in and your cabinet doors won't close all the way, your bathroom mirrors have burn marks and cracks in them, and your carpet is improperly stretched and coming up in places. Our move-in inspection sheet had so many items on it, we had to use the back!
