Me and my husband moved to the harbours the first week of June. At first i thought it was wonderful. Then came the molded utility closet and the molded air ducts (im allergic to mold) took them 3 weeks to clean the air vents and about 7 months to clean out the black mold in the utility closet. THEN my water heater busted and water went all of the place. pretty much flooded my closet. they sent someone over about 3 days later and they sprayed some stuff and left. my closet now smells SOUR!!! THEN my AC broke in the middle of the summer. They waited 1 week until they did anything. OH and THERE ARE ROACHES!!!!! took me 2 months to get rid of them (and im a VERY VERY VERY clean person. i dont work so i clean all day) they never sent anyone to spray. The people up front are not polite AT ALL. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!! I CANT WAIT TO GET OUTTA HERE! And the price IS NOT worth it!!!



-5/14/09 - i recently went to the office to tell them that i would not be signing another lease. when asked why i started to state the reasons like the ones in this review and he told me to shut up because the new leasers would hear me. when asked what to put for reason for leaving i told him to put the roaches and maitence and he said no how about we just put military family (moving). shows how good the staff there is. they are trying to hide EVERYTHING!!!! please listen to these reviews THEY ARE NOT lies. I now live in Indiana in a cute little house and I LOVE IT!!!! just please, dont waster your time on this places it's NOT worth it.
