Overpriced.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
So after living at The Harbours for 3 years. The price changed over the course of the years about $120 a year. I find it terrible that renters down there do not offer a set rent for their customers. When I left, i had to. I couldn't afford going from 680 a month for a one bedroom apartment to 990 a month. It was rediculous. I had a flood in my apartment from the apartment above mine, where the guy above me was drunk, and left his toilet overflowing. What did they offer to do' Nothing. I called the emergency line 5 times before I got an answer, and the guy who answered said he'd rather sleep and come in the morning than come to my apartment at 3AM. What the hell is the point of an emergency line if you don't come out in an emergency. Then when I move out i get charged for the floor cleaning after they didn't do a thing about the flooding in my apartment. The previous review about the office management is a little harsh, but true. The managers changed faster than the weather. And they really need to work on their personalities, it just seems like they treat this as just another job. As for parking, it was better than most apartment complexes, but not lit well at all, students from the local university got mugged in the parking lot, and we had a peeping tom for about 3 months. Noise wasn't a major issue, but if you have a neighbor who listens to or plays music, you will be annoyed. The grounds crew was alright, and maitenance crew was decent when they actually did come through. The response time was terrible, the AC would go out about once a week for the entire summer one year. Speaking frankly though, it's pathetic that I can spend less for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that is litterally walking distance away. I'm talking HUNDREDS less a month. That infuriated me so much.
