this place is beyond horrible. the office and maintanance are horrible. they are rude and they just dont care. they will also just walk right into your apartment and they like to steal your stuff. but the management says "oh no that would never happen" they go threw different staff every month. our hotwater heater has busted twice and flooded the apartment and they just give us big fans to dry the floors. nice huh. the guy above us his water heater busted flooded our closet...and the ceiling is caved in. they do nothing. you hear gunshots..you have peeping toms...and drunk girls standing naked in the middle of the night outside yelling. fun huh. this place is way too expensive for what you get. i dont feel safe one bit. dont move into the harbours...you will regret it!!
