We have been here since October and have regretted the move ever since. We have a neighbor that is a crazy drunken drug addict and I am scared to leave the apartment alone when he is out wondering around with his corona in hand. Our A/C doesnt work and has not worked, seems to be a regular thing around here and everyday I call I get the run around. The staff is just as bad, there is one guy that seems to be working hard but the head of the apartment is a total ----- who could care less about the people paying her paycheck. Its painful to pay these people every month. This place is a joke and looks bad on Great Atlantic Property Management, I will never live in another place ran by these people because they obviously hire the worse. You would think with such a ------ rating they would care, but they dont. Be prepared to pay $60/month on water and way more on electricity. And the parking lots are never lit at night, this is not the best of neighborhoods anyways.
