Everybody is right when they say this place sucks. my mom has lived here going on 3 years and they still haven't took care of the things they say they was gonna take care of for her. its ridiculous out here for real. i mean you can call the office and tell you need something taking care of and it'll be weeks that pass by and you have to call them again just to see whats going on. the office people are rude and they're workers. it is very true that they always got new people. the office people that were here when she moved in were wonderful. the black guy in the office seems to be the only one that tries to get things done for people around here. all the manager girl does is just ride in his car all day flirting in the office. i mean come on what kinda of business is that. i would not recommend anyone to stay out here unless it was your last choice. take these reviews seriously, they're true

O my gosh you're right about the office girls being flirts!! My husband goes in there to pay our rip off water bill and they're basically hitting on him, and I'll be in the other room with my daughter so she can watch their TV while he pays the bill and I can hear them being flritatious with him. And apparently they did the same thing when my husband had first come in the office to look at the apartments before we signed the lease. This place is a joke!!!

To add on wat the comment dated on 6/10/2009 said its like we have the same thoughts and experienced the same things! The maintenance work orders are even worse than 3-4 weeks because when they finally come out they dont even fix what u asked them to, they give u the same excuse everytime" o we dont have part in right now for wat u need fixed no matter what it is! Then on top of that when they say they're coming back its like your back at square one because they never do come back!!! They never have the same people working in the front and they are very rude its like there is a new staff every 4-6 months and the maintenance people they have or hire dont even know how to fix ANYTHING!!! I can go on and on and on about this apartment complex THE HARBOURS ON JEFFERSON DIRECTLY BESIDE IHOP!!!!!! Dont ever ever ever move there for that matter anything GREAT ATLANTIC OWNS because me and other people have had worse expierences boy what was i thinking to move to something else they own and the crazy thing about it is they wana charge you a $1000 rent with an oustanding water bill so dont move here unless ur homelss and have nowhere to go!!! Or maybe homeless people find better shelter than this

i mean its really ridiculous out here. we have things in our apartment that was supposed to get fixed 2yrs ago and they still haven't done it yet. like you said they come out to check the problem then they don't come back. they're supposed to replace our kitchen floor, and they claim that it is in now but nobody has been over to replace it yet and that was like 3wks ago. and to add to that the maintenance doesn't do anything all they do is ride around in them carts all day not knowing how to fix anything. and so many people pipes have busted around here and all they do is give you a big ol' fan to air it. I even met a guy that said he stop working for GREAT ATLANTIC because they suck and he's right they do. these expensive apartments we pay for out here and we're not getting anything done. we should all protest i bet you ll they do something then!!!!!!!!!!!!
