So ive been living here for 3 years now... unfortunately... i cannot wait for my lease to expire. This place is a joke... the management sucks! They are rude and they don't ever know what they are talking about, all they do is flirt. Maintenance SUCKS! it is absolutely the worse! Ive put in work orders and they usually take about 3-4 weeks to acually look at the problem. Even then you have to continue to call so they can take you seriously... once they look at the problem they will usually say "we need a certain park, be right back" oh they don't ever come back! The pipes in the water heater closet have busted three times! as a result my apartment has gotten flooded (literally) and all they do it put fans on the carpet. One of the times that the pipes busted while i lived on the 2nd floor we had to call the fire department to turn off the water because nobody was answering the "emergency" number the complex gives you. The firefighters said that the complex uses the cheapest pipes. The pipe busting resulted in half my living room being flooded, the laundry room and kitchen was flooded and water was seriously running out of my front door. The neighboors directly below us had water damage as well due to water dripping from their ceiling. I now live in the 1st floor.... it is definately not any better! i have FROGS! a family of four! the management basically told me that they cannot do anything about it! i tried getting rid of them but they continue to come back! There is no lighting in the parking lot! the only good thing about the apartment is the size of the apartment and the closet room... but honestly it is not worth it!!! i can go on and on... also, the water bill is a rip off!!! in conclusion... management sucks, maintenance sucks, water bill is rip off, you are guaranteed to have a pipe bust leaving a hole on your wall and water damage... dont move here!!
