I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR NO LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS.. I HAVE NO OVEN, MY TOLIETS DON'T FLUSH PROPERLY, WE HAVE NO SCREEN ON THE PATIO OR THE FIRST BR WINDOW, SO MANY BUGS, AND YOU GET NO MAINTENANCE!!! PLUS MY APT FLOODED AND THE ROOF FELL SO NOT ONLY AM I LIVING WITH A BIG HOLE IN THE CEILING, THEY NEVER FIXED THE LEAK THEY PULLED UP THE CARPET AND DIDN'T PLACE IT BACK AND THE LEAK WAS NEVER FIXED SO HALF OF MY CARPET IS DRENCHED IN WATER AND I'VE BEEN LIVING WITH IT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW! LUCKY ME. VIEW THE PICTURES EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME WAY! BE SMART! NO WONDER THEY HAD SUCH GREAT MOVE IN SPECIALS

I live at the Harbours as well. The apartment above me leaked water down into my apartment. Maintenance stopped the leak, but didn't do anything about my sopping wet carpet. I had to trash my personal vacuum to suck the water up, and then put my box fan on it. Then all this happened again 4 months later, with me drying out my own carpet again! Now I have mold spots growing all over my carpet! Do NOT sign a lease here...
