This place is MISERABLE. Cockroaches are everywhere. We were without hot water for the first week of our lease, which was the tip of the iceberg. AC broke 3x before it was replaced, so we endured many days of July weather without AC. Pool is disgusting, never cleaned properly, and right by the main road. Maintenance does not fix anything, we have had a leaking fridge for nearly 3 months and have put in a dozen requests for it to be fixed. Even corporate management does not communicate with you (because yes, it came to that). Mold in the water closet. Ridiculous electricity bills due to outdated and poorly functioning appliances. On top of that, the space-inefficient floor plan is not worth the rent it demands. Our deck door lock was broken for 2 months before we fixed it ourselves!! Maintenance has been completely fired and restaffed, with no improvement. Management, though not outright rude, is completely incompetent. Closet door sticks and little things like towel rack, toilet paper roll-rack, break. Dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes. I could not think of something positive to say about this place if you paid me. Maybe if I can convince ONE person to change their mind about living here, it will be worth writing this review! We didn't take a look at this website before we signed our lease... hopefully more people do. STAY AWAY!!!!

Wow!!..I feel so bad for you, I didn't read about these aprtments before I paid the app fee,and put down the deposit hold..I will just let them keep the money,b/c its tooo many problems here,especially about the water pumps ....Ur reveiw was worth writing,b/c I will NOT be coming back for the lease signing:)
