I have lived here for almost a year and I hate it here. Its discusting. Prior to signing a lease i requested to see the my actual apartment because everyone knows never to trust a model. However the apartment was not ready and i even had to wait three extra days before my move in date..how convenient. they said they were still cleaning it..the apt was so dirty when i moved in i complained and they credited me $50. It was snowing outside and my heat was broke for a week.. i refused to pay for that week. it is illegal to pay rent if your heat or water does not work btw. the light outside the apartment on the stairs is broken. it is pitch black outside and so scary to go out at night. I work late nights so i am terrified to walk up the 3 flights of stairs alone. now the light is the least of my worries because we now have roaches. i am a very clean person so i know it is not me bringing in the roaches. i am just so discusted of this place. the bath tubs are discusting.. thank god i do not have any children to bathe in there-they are full of black mold which is also all around the apartments. the closets suck and are always coming off the cheap runners they are on. I can barely open the sliding glass door to the balcony because it is probably so dirty which i have put in a work order for and it has never been fixed not to mention the screen is always falling off. the pool is discusting- i don't know why they pay those lazy lifeguards to sit there all day. tonight, at 1 am a maintainence man was banging on my door because they hot water heater busted and is leaking downstairs..nice..the power bill is ridiculous..i lived in a three bedroom two story home and my bill was half it is now in this tiny apt. really i could deal with everything but the roaches. this is what has put me over the edge and i am counting down the days until my lease is up.
