I lived in timberwoods from 1987-2007. I can tell u some things...The property was nice when mangaged properly...then in 1991, things changed crime, drugs,and they never fixed anything. The maiantaince people felt sorry for us and would try their best to help...You basically had to do all repairs..I had to replace my own carpet, pest control,cabinets, refrigarator, you name it...basically all the property mamagers were stealing...HUD foreclosed and put everyone out..scrambling with kids...low-income housing is why everyone stayed..no where you could go and pay 300-450.00 for rent/morgage. Now i here you can buy one for cheap 124,000 and they fixed some of the basics. I would NEVER trust those people nor would I recommend anyone live in WARWICK LAWNS...drugs, crime, and the police do nothing..like that part of Denbigh they don't discuss. The Hardees lady who died..they areested a man on Delmar...Timberwoods is on Delmar...
