This place is a total nightmare. The neighbors have NO consideration for quiet time. They play music all times of the night and morning. The trash is always on the grounds, maybe b/c they have only 3 or 4 trash cans on the premises. The maintenance doesn't speak English and is often called out more than 3 times to fix the same problem. The air you are not allowed to run after certain months b/c if something goes wrong with it they will not fix it. The cars get vandalized, and so does the grounds. The teenagers out here smoke weed in the "supposedly locked laundry room" and then leave ashes all in the washers and dryers. The pet owners leave doggy poop all over the grounds and if your child is outside playing they will bring it in the house. The playground swings are so high that the smaller kids can't even get on them. The water sewage sucks. If your neightbor is showering the same time you are or washing dishes, you have NO water pressure. Hurricane Isabel is still showing her damage on the grounds, and instead of raising the rent they need to make improvements with the money they have already received. They also need to invest in putting speed bumps in the road with some of that rent money to stop the excessive speeding before someone child gets hurt. Just think guys you could have all of this for just 600.00 plus a month, until they raise it again. WOW WHAT A DEAL!!!!
