This place used to be very nice. Lately it has turned into a graffiti bridge. The insulation sucks, along with the security. The laundry room is supposed to be locked @ night for our protection but it's NOT. The management sucks and they do nothing about your maintenance. He knows nothing and a professional should be hired instead of someone looking for reduced rent. The staff has bad attitudes and I am glad they are hiring new people(supposedly). The upkeep of these apartments are really bad and it looks like they haven't fixed anything since Hurricane Isabel has hit. The power is always going out along with the air. This place needs a whole new upgrade and yet they are steady raising the rent. The neighbors can hear everything that goes on inside your apartment as well as you can hear them. That can be a problem if you have active neighbors. Parking sucks because people park all over and some of them park in front of your door when they live 3 doors down. This place sucks.
