Well we had some nice managers but they were recently replaced by some mean and nasty people..... when you have loud neighbors who wake up your babies they just say that they have a right to listen to their music if they want to... that's a horrible thing to say.... they also lie to you about trying to do something about it... the maintenance staff wouldnt know a screwdriver from a hole in the head and you can call for days with no response. 90 percent of the time there is no answer when you call the office even during their business hours. People let their dogs defecate everywhere and it smells like fesces when you set foot outside (the management has no problem with that either). Let me tell you there are many other comlplexes in the area with rent that is lower or the same. Their outsides may not be as "pretty" but inside and maintenance wise my friends have it much better. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to be in a community with noise and drugs....

Get a life, I've meet those ladies and there cool as I dont know what, and if you want so much peace and quiet go buy a house

I live in the Trellis and I've had none of these problems. It's just as nice as places I've lived at at twice the rent.

I agree with this neighbor IT SUCKS OUT HERE BADLY AND u 2 must be sleeping with the office staff cause they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
