Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
on july 16 05 a 19 yr old kid was shoot 13 times and killed 50 feet from my door on the main side walk in between apt doors the maitence took forever to come and then fixed everything half way and it still wouldn't work write and the area is the worse in the travel season if you need to get somewhere in the summer give yourself 2 extra hours of driving im not kiding!the walls are paper thin. you have to fight for a parking spot anywhere near your apt. and there are kids unsuppervised all hours of the night and its annoying with them screaming all night!!!
