This place was my first breaking ground when I moved to Newport News and what a good place for the first month. After that every year kept getting worse. It started with the BAD maintenance, TERRIBLE office staff especially Vanessa Ms. I only take a dump when Ann the Cheerleader tells me to. Other than that I know nothing. They let dogs defecate ALL over the place including sidewalks and nothing is being done. The walls are so paper thin u can hear ANYTHING your neighbor is doing @ ANYTIME!!!! The sewage backs up causing our whole ENTIRE building to break leases, not renew leases, and just plain say f----it we out. They will find ANYTHING to hold your security deposit for GOD BLESS YOU IF YOU DON'T PUT DOWN ONE; you may wind up paying rent all over again. This place has switched management so many times who knows who the MANAGEMENT is supposed to be now. The maintenance people were ok Sean was the best one and can u believe it they hired some1 else less qualified and put Sean @ the bottom when he does all the work and John just sat in the office and ate. The teenagers vandalize the apts, grounds, hallways, laundry room, and the playground is their nesting ground. The pool is nast need I say more. This great place to live is only a whopping just straing out @ 940 a month for a 2bdrm 1 bath yeah thats a deal!!!!! NOT I NOW HAVE A 2BDRM 2 FULL BATHS @ 640 A MONTH WITH NONE OF THE PROBLEMS LISTED ABOVE!!!!!!
